1 Copyrighted Works & Infringement
Green RoiLab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established procedures for receiving and responding to notices of claimed copyright infringement.
It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. We also reserve the right to disable or terminate the accounts of users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers.
All content published on greenroilab.online, including text, images, calculator algorithms, and design elements, is either originally created by Green RoiLab, properly licensed for use, or used with permission from the copyright holder. 2 Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material available on Green RoiLab infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail for us to locate it on our Site. Please include the full URL(s) of the infringing material.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure your notice is accurate and made in good faith.

For the fastest response, please send your notice via email with the subject line clearly marked as "DMCA Notice." We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and investigate your claim promptly.
4 Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following steps:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2 business days.
- Review the notice for compliance with DMCA requirements.
- If the notice is valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- Notify the user or contributor who posted the material (if applicable) that the content has been removed.
- Provide the affected party with information about how to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.
We may request additional information from you if the notice is incomplete or unclear. We will not disclose your personal information to the affected party unless required by law.
5 Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Green RoiLab was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or the district where Green RoiLab is located), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Send your counter-notification to the same contact information listed in Section 3 above, with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification." Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material in accordance with DMCA procedures.
6 Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Green RoiLab maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access rights of users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
A "repeat infringer" is a user or contributor who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA notices resulting in content removal. We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion even without a formal determination of infringement, in appropriate circumstances.
